Our PTO Executive Board meets monthly, and holds General Membership Meetings at least four times a year. Board Meetings are open to any PTO members to attend, and General Meetings are open to attend and participate. All meeting dates can be found on the PTO calendar as well as the "Upcoming Events" Sidebar. Items Put to Vote:

Family Portrait Event extended to three days so more families can participate; a vintage truck
will be brought in to use as prop; PTO will charge $40 per family, which will include sitting and
one image with option to purchase more directly from the photographer.
Parent review meeting added to PTO Calendar
Removed chorus show that is aligned with Breakfast with Santa from PTO calendar
Corrected winter break dates on PTO Calendar

Items Put to Vote:

Board voted unanimously to set minimum threshold for budget at $35K
Board voted to create a line item to the budget in the amount of $500 to decorate the truck/prop for Family Pictures
The Board voted unanimously to close the original Group Me group and add emails/contact details for all Board Members on the PTO website
Board voted unanimously to approve appointment of Catie McDonald as Cultural Night Chair
The board voted unanimously on the following calendar revisions:
We will have PTO general meetings on the following dates:
- October 11, 6:30pm
- December 13, 6:30pm
- January 10, 7:45am
- May 9, 7:45am
All other general meetings on calendar will be removed
The February 14^th Board meeting will be moved to February 15^th

Items Put to Vote:

The Board voted unanimously to elect the following:
- VP Communications: Colleen Hight
- VP Community & Cultural Events: Catie McDonald

The Board also voted unanimously to create a second Member at Large position, and elected the following: Member at Large: Lavanya Palaparthy
The Board voted unanimously to move $70 to Account ending in 6807 for parent boosters membership.
The Board voted unanimously to utilize the $12,500 allotted in the budget for Chromebooks to go toward the new iPads and Merge Cubes. Although the iPads and Merge Cubes have a higher price than Chromebooks, PTO can only give the $12,500 allotted in the budget. The school will spend funds on the difference.
