Chill Out on Earth Day Sunday @ The D.I.G.S

Meet us in the DIGS with your family (and a blanket) in honor of Mother Earth on Sunday, April 22nd!

To celebrate Earth Day we will provide an opportunity for families to explore the D.I.G.S and plant a seed to take home. We will also have ice cream and provide tours to highlight all the D.I.G.S has to offer.

The DIGS, a beautiful, serene courtyard atmosphere, provides unique outdoor educational opportunities for our students and offer a living history to recognize current and former students and families, faculty and staff. 

The DIGS is an ideal outdoor classroom setting. In addition to hands-on gardening, students have opportunities to learn the history behind select plants, discover how ecosystems and life cycles work, study rock formations, and more.
